You don't have to quit your job to feel like yourself again.
For high-performing women who look fine on the outside and feel flat, exhausted and disconnected underneath. I help you get out of survival mode through yoga, breath and nervous system work, so you feel like yourself again and step into your full potential.

"I don't feel like myself anymore." If that's the quiet sentence in your head, you're in the right place.
Does this sound like you?
You're still achieving. You just don't feel like you anymore.
You're reliable, capable, the one people trust. You don't think anything is seriously wrong. You're still functioning. But everything feels heavier than it should, and somewhere underneath it all you've stopped feeling like yourself. It's more common than you think. And it's recoverable.
- Tired even after a full night's sleep
- Can't switch off, even on annual leave
- Weirdly flat, numb or irritable for no clear reason
- Snapping at the people you love most
- Living for the weekend, dreading every Monday
- Saying yes to things you don't want to do
- Working evenings and weekends as standard
- Lying when someone asks how you really are
Three promises
You don't have to choose between your wellbeing and your ambition.
Feel like yourself again.
The version of you that laughs easily, sleeps deeply and isn't constantly on the edge of tears. She isn't gone. We bring her back.
Out of survival mode, into your full potential.
Survival mode is the thing limiting you. Step out of it and clearer thinking, better decisions, more energy and faster career progression follow.
Rest without losing your edge.
You don't have to choose between recovery and performance. Real rest is the thing that makes everything else possible.
The reframe
Survival mode is what's limiting you. Stepping out of it is what unlocks clearer thinking, better decisions, more energy and faster progression. You think more clearly. You make better decisions. You perform at a higher level. You become more consistent, and the rest of your life comes back online.

In their words
From the mat, into the rest of life.
After I started yoga with Becca, I slowly learned how to regulate my emotions and stressors better so they don't control my daily life. In each class we're guided to control our thoughts and breathing to fully let go, which has been so helpful to centre myself during stressful times at work and personally. Her classes taught me to be kinder to myself, and that every day your capabilities change. And that's okay. I feel more connected and intentional as a result of the practice.
I love that her classes are the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness. Physically, I feel stronger, which has helped me perform better in football and running. Mentally, I feel far more in tune with myself, which has made it easier to stay calm under pressure and show up better at work and for my friends. I've built healthier habits like prioritising 8 hours of sleep, eating better, and cutting screen time. I'm really grateful for Becca's practice and honestly couldn't recommend her enough.
As someone with very tight hips and a back injury, the improvement I've experienced has been remarkable. Becca is incredibly supportive and accommodating, always encouraging me to work to the best of my ability without comparing myself to others. She creates a space where I feel comfortable, capable, and reassured. Through her guidance, I'm developing a much more positive relationship with movement and my body, and the difference is something I can genuinely feel both physically and mentally.
Two things I particularly enjoy about Becca's classes: her narration and the structure of her sequences. She constantly encourages you to stay grounded mentally and clear your thoughts to stay present. I find myself multitasking mentally less throughout the day after experiencing the mental bliss of staying present. Her classes are also very inclusive. She offers different variations of poses so you can challenge yourself or go at a slower pace without feeling excluded. I look forward to her classes each week.
